Unfortunately due to an unforeseen circumstance with a vendor and delays in shipping, and low attendance participation and we regret to inform all that the 24K Easter Egg Hunt & Spring Market has been cancelled for 2025.

The forecast for this weekend does not allow us to hold this event outdoors as the predicted snow/rain may make it dangerous for little-ones.

As this was a free-entry event for kids no refunds or credits will apply. For all other tickets and vendor fees they are in the process of being refunded.

Please allow 7-10 Business Days for refunds to be processed. If you do not receive your refund by April 28, 2025 kindly contact us.

As we are unable to solve these unforeseen circumstances in a timely manner we feel the best option is to cancel the 24K Easter Egg Hunt & Spring Market in Lethbridge & Red Deer, Alberta. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and encourage you to support all other events happening within the cities.

Egg-Steam Hunt

Combine STEAM activities with an unforgettable Easter egg challenge.

Tweens & Teens (10-15) will have 25 minutes to work together in teams to solve a set of trivia questions and receive a free candy bag at the end.

A great way for tweens to make friends the old fashion way and parents to get the kids off their devices even if just for the day.

This Easter Egg Hunt runs twice a day.

Types of Easter Egg Hunts

Our Egg hunts are for ages 0-15, designed to encourage sports, inclusivity and old-fashion family moments of grandparents, adults and children hanging out together.

Our event includes 24,000 hidden eggs, an egg-steam hunt for tweens and teens, crafts, entertainment, and photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny. Free entry for kids makes it even better!

Our accessible - sensory-friendly Easter Egg Hunt offers accessible access and accommodations including pre-visit resources, enlarged prints, a visual schedule of the event, a map of area identifying onsite resources, designated wheelchair routes, advance request of noise cancelling headphones to use during event, sensory designed Easter Eggs and a designated quiet area. Walk-in's are welcome, advance registrations would be greatly appreciated to help us ensure we have resources available during the weekend events.

24K Easter Easter Egg Hunt

How it Works

Kids will be able to walk around and get some good exercise for at least 25 minutes while they search for 24,000 Easter Eggs/Candy/Treats scattered amongst the grass in their designated age group. It doesn't stop there, we will have games, crafts, entertainment and special characters to help us celebrate the day!

  • Walk-ins are allowed and walk-ins are welcomed!

  • Easter Egg Hunts are timed events.

  • A parent/guardian must be present in order to partake in the Easter Egg Hunts

  • Each child will receive a scanned wristband upon entry

  • Only (1) Easter Egg Hunt is allowed per child for the entire weekend

  • Hunts with the exceptions of the accessible/sensory hunt, will be categorized by age

  • The accessible/sensory hunt starts 1 hour earlier than the Easter Egg Hunt to allow for a quieter start

  • The accessible/sensory Easter Egg hunt runs from 10:00 a.m. to Noon (12:00 p.m.)

  • The accessible/sensory Easter Egg hunt is FREE for both child and caregivers

  • Participants of the accessible/sensory hunt are encouraged to stay for the day's activities including the Spring Market

  • The 24K Easter Egg Hunt in divided into age categories and split on different fields Ages 3-5 (Up to Grade 1), Ages 6-9 (Grade 2-3), Ages 10-12 (Grade 4 - 6)

  • In order to create more accessibility for parents/guardians working and kids with extracurriculars, we will be having timed hunts as oppose to one morning hunt.

  • Easter Egg Hunts begin promptly at timed intervals 11 AM, 1 PM, 3PM and 5PM

  • Advance registration is strongly encourage to ensure your space and helps us ensure we have enough eggs

  • In the event that an Easter Egg Hunt advance registration is sold-out, registration is available onsite for the timed intervals if there is a no-show

  • Additional Easter Egg Hunt time slots may be added.

  • Depending on location, venue and weather conditions a set of indoor shoes may be required or socks

  • Don’t forget to bring your own basket and have fun creating one at home, before the event!

  • Easter Baskets will be available for purchase at the event

  • After the Easter Egg Hunt Children and & families are able to participate in a variety of activities and shop the Spring Market in the trade-center

How it works

  • Get ready to work for your candy tween's and join us at the first ever Egg-STEAM.

  • Combining Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics

  • This Hunt for only for Tweens & Teens ages 10-15!

  • This event is timed at 2PM and 4PM only.

  • Tween's and teen's will be put into groups at random or you can get together a group of friends and create and group of your own.

  • All groups will come up with a team name

  • Groups will work together to solve a set of trivia questions and or challenges

  • Upon Completion they will receive a treat bag for their fun-work
